So I am now three weeks into my diet. I kind of slack here and there once a week and trust me, this isn't as easy as some people may think. I already cut water weight, slight body fat and so forth. I went from around 185lbs to now weighing 167lbs. I don't know if I can call it a God Of War workout but it is a workout none the less. The feeling of wanting to eat something you would normally eat but the fact that you can't because you want it so bad is a tough thing. I know the more I get used to this, the better my body will look. It was one of the toughest things to get through my first week on the diet. I thought I was losing my mind. Major mood swings and all sort of like male PMS. But I can tell you, being on this diet leaves me on a short leash with my temper and I can barely control it. So my goal to get to the size I want is to cut fat and pack muscles from there. For those who think bodybuilders use steroids, you are wrong. I notice the changes when you just eat clean and healthy and when you do that, you can begin to see the changes in your body. I will post my progress later in July to see how far I got.
